is the most unbelievably hardworking, tenacious agent with whom we have ever
worked. We bought a foreclosed condo, and an issue arose concerning a missing
Power of Attorney. The title co. was unable to get a response from a certain
bank that needed to issue a new POA. Kate contacted the bank's vice president
in NY and got the POA! The entire process, from executed contract to closing,
took only six weeks! Kate does not stop until the deal is done. She's charming

Kate scout for us at least over 50 properties of interest; we narrowed it down
to 15 then 6 that we visited. Kate wasn't much satisfied herself with the final
selection and went back to an old "pending sale forever" listing that really
fit our desires; "dug it out" of nowhere and managed to convince a very defensive
owner (and his protective realestate agent) who has been fed up with repeat
abusive buyers, to consider our offer. To our great surprise, she managed to
bring us to the closing table, shoped for responsive and top notch lawyer, who
managed to do a quick closing on a very clomplex commercial transaction; talked
to the city of Hollywood code enforcement to resolve violation issue and speed
up a real smooth closing ...in less than 10 days! We aplaude her.

I want to thank you again for all the time and effort that you put into the sale of our condo. Looking back, I think there were a number of factors that contributed well to the successful sale of our unit.
First, it was your enthusiasm and the ability to work well with all people. No matter what the situation, you always stayed focused, cheerful and maintained a positive attitude.
Second, it was your attention to detail. Suffice to say that you certainly did your homework, and upfront as well, so that there were no surprises or running around down the road.
Third, it was your determination. Even when our unit was damaged by hurricane Wilma, and I could not find any handyman to do the work, you calmly arranged for the necessary repairs, so that the unit could be shown again.
Fourth, it was your expertise in marketing. I was highly impressed by the video you produced, as well as the brochures you made.
Fifth and finally, it was the class and the professional manner that you exhibited at all times.
